You want to make Hot Sauce?  You have to get peppers.  Lots of peppers.

Clean them, stem them, chop them, but use caution.
Use gloves in a well ventilated room and be careful what you touch.






Grind them up as fine as you can, but keep the family in the other room.
Place what you need in a well sealed container and put the rest in freezer bags and freeze for later.
